Ross Brennan, D.C.

"We are designed for survival; without reflexes, we would not survive."

What a pleasure to be introduced to PRRT, a method of rapid assessment, treatment, and reassessment that is clinically hand-in-glove with my way of operating.
These protective reflexes, startle, withdrawal, and joint protective reflexes, are hard-wired into the nervous system. When triggered, they can persist, contributing to sympathetic system up-regulation, dural irritation, and somatic pain patterns, which can become chronic.
Integrating PRRT into a clinical practice is not difficult. Start with a palpatory evaluation of the sympathetic system. It literally takes seconds, and treatment does not take much longer.
I am grateful to John Iams, one of those extraordinary clinical minds that it is a real joy to experience.
