Terms and Conditions

This website, http://www.theprrt.com, (collectively referred to as the “Site” in these Terms of Service) is owned and operated by REFLEX RELEASE LLC (“we”, “us”, “RR LLC” or “REFLEX RELEASE LLC”). By registering for a course, you (“you”, “user” or “end user”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IMMEDIATELY STOP ACCESSING THIS SITE.

1. Seminar Registration

Once registered, please contact us before making non-refundable travel and/or hotel arrangements to confirm we’ve met the minimum attendance number for your course.

2. Course Prerequisites

We have prerequisites listed for each seminar. Users who register without meeting the specified prerequisite(s) will have the option to complete the prerequisite or will have their registration fee refunded.

3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a course if attendance or other circumstances warrant. In the event that REFLEX RELEASE LLC cancels a course, you will receive either:

  • A full refund of registration fees, or

  • A credit applied toward a future course of your choice.

Attendees will be held to the following cancellation policy. Those wishing to cancel for a full refund must do so outside 60 days of the course. Within 60 days, RR LLC will charge a cancellation fee accordingly:

  • $200 Cancellation Fee | 30–60 days from seminar start date

  • $400 Cancellation Fee | 15–30 days from seminar start date

  • 50% of Registration Fee | 14–3 days from seminar start date

Regardless of the reason, attendees who cancel within 48 hours of the first day are considered “no-shows” and will be ineligible for a refund. No exceptions.

Transfers: If you wish to transfer your registration to another course or to another attendee in your place, you may do so without penalty up to 14 days before the start date. After this period, transfer requests may be considered but are not guaranteed. Transfers eliminate any cancellation fee otherwise applicable.

4. Authorization/Release

This authorization/release indicates that during the seminar, you may be seen for demonstration purposes only and that you are not being treated for any specific condition that you may have, diagnosed or undiagnosed. You hereby agree to hold harmless John Iams, REFLEX RELEASE LLC, instructors, members of his family, and staff for any acts that occur while attending this seminar or possible complaints afterward.

I agree to allow REFLEX RELEASE LLC to use any testimonial information, video, or audio taping gathered before, during, and after my demonstration for future purposes.

4A. Force Majeure

REFLEX RELEASE LLC shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, or venue closures. In such cases, RR LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the course or provide credit toward a future course.

4B. Health & Safety Waiver

By registering, you affirm that you are in suitable health to participate in the physical, hands-on components of the seminar. You assume full responsibility for your participation, including any physical activity, demonstrations, or practice sessions. You agree to release and hold harmless REFLEX RELEASE LLC, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or other health-related issues arising from participation in the seminar.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

You understand that REFLEX RELEASE LLC is concerned with keeping the information presented in the Seminar you are attending for:

  • Your own personal use;

  • To share the Primals and One Minute Nociceptive Exam™ only with your staff;

  • To give brief demonstrations of several basic techniques (not more than 6) and the One Minute Nociceptive Exam™ to individuals not on your staff.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share course manuals, slides, videos, or login credentials with any other person or entity. Course access is for the sole use of the registered participant. Unauthorized sharing, recording, or reproduction of course content may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

You agree not to teach these techniques in any other capacity unless you’ve first contacted REFLEX RELEASE LLC for approval. This agreement prevents unauthorized practitioners from teaching Primal Reflex Release Technique™ without adequate training and approval of REFLEX RELEASE LLC.

If you want to teach Primal Reflex Release Technique™ in formal seminars, you will indicate this interest in your application to REFLEX RELEASE LLC.

5A. CEU Disclaimer

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and credit approvals vary by state, licensing board, and professional body. REFLEX RELEASE LLC makes reasonable efforts to secure approvals where applicable; however, acceptance of CEUs is not guaranteed. Attendees are responsible for verifying approval with their respective licensing or governing bodies prior to registration.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, REFLEX RELEASE LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the content provided.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of REFLEX RELEASE LLC for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of REFLEX RELEASE LLC or that of its employees or agents.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold REFLEX RELEASE LLC and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against REFLEX RELEASE LLC arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

8. Payment Plans

For certain courses, Reflex Release LLC may offer payment plans to facilitate access to our programs. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment Schedule: You are committed to making all scheduled payments on time, as outlined in your payment agreement.

  • Course Access: Full access to course materials may be contingent upon adherence to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, suspension of course access, or other penalties as specified in your payment agreement.

  • Default: If your account becomes delinquent beyond a specified period (e.g., 60 days), it may be considered in default, and the full remaining balance may become immediately due.

  • Collections: Accounts in default may be referred to a collections agency, and you may be responsible for any associated fees or legal costs incurred in the collection process.

9. Website Terms

9.1 Acceptance of Use

Your access to and use of REFLEX RELEASE LLC is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

9.2 Credit Card Details

Credit Card orders will be processed by a third-party provider. REFLEX RELEASE LLC does not store any billing information locally. If you choose to select a payment plan during registration, you are doing so in agreement with the terms of the payment plan provider.

9.3 Advice

The contents of the REFLEX RELEASE LLC website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.

9.4 Change of Use

REFLEX RELEASE LLC reserves the right to:

  • Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice, and you confirm that REFLEX RELEASE LLC shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

  • Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such change.

9.5 Links to Third Party Websites

REFLEX RELEASE LLC Website may include links to third-party websites controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of such sites.

9.6 Copyright

  • All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to REFLEX RELEASE LLC or otherwise used by REFLEX RELEASE LLC as permitted by law.

  • By accessing the Website, you agree to use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying, and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

  • By purchasing products, you agree to be governed by all applicable U.S. and International copyright laws. Furthermore, you agree not to copy, distribute, sell, or resell the product.

10. Additional Terms

10A. Virtual Courses and Recordings

For virtual courses:

  • Access duration is lifetime unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Recordings may or may not be included; inclusion will be specified in course materials.

  • Sharing login credentials, rebroadcasting, or reproducing recordings without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

10B. Mediation Requirement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in a course shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, before either party may pursue arbitration or litigation. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation.

10C. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10D. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the USA, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mecklenburg County, USA.

10E. Termination of Use

REFLEX RELEASE LLC shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.

11. Practitioner Locator Service

REFLEX RELEASE LLC provides the Practitioner Locator as a courtesy to the public. Listing on the Locator is limited to practitioners who have completed designated coursework with RR LLC and whose accounts remain in good standing. Inclusion on the Locator does not represent or imply endorsement, guarantee of competence, or assurance of results. Users of the Locator are responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, and suitability of any practitioner they choose to contact. REFLEX RELEASE LLC shall not be liable for any injury, claim, loss, or damages arising from the use of the Practitioner Locator or from services provided by any listed practitioner.
